Unfinished Business is a free, twice-monthly virtual work session for small business owners who are tired of putting things off. No pitch. No fluff. Just a small group of people who actually get it, showing up to do the work.
About Unfinished Business
Running a small business is mostly a solo endeavor. You make the decisions, carry the stress, and figure out the problems, usually alone. And somewhere between the urgent and the important, a list of things that actually matter keeps getting pushed to next week.
Unfinished Business exists for that list.
Twice a month, a small group of small business owners shows up virtually to work on the stuff that keeps getting deferred. Bring whatever you’ve been avoiding: the website refresh, the email list you haven’t touched, the pricing you know needs to change, the systems you keep meaning to build. This is structured time to actually do it, with people who understand why it’s hard.
No presentations. No accountability theater. Just a focused block of time and a room full of people in the same boat.

The Unfinished Business Sessions
Each session runs 3.5 hours and follows a simple structure:
Welcome & Introductions
Everyone shares what they’re working on. No backstory required. This is mostly for you to choose one task to focus on so you do not get overwhelmed.
Work Time
Two focused blocks with a short break in between. Cameras optional. I am available to answer questions, provide feedback, or offer guidance.
Wrap-Up
Optional share of what got done. Never feel obligated to finish or share. As long as you were able to get something done, that’s all that matters. Actual progress, not promises.
Buffer/Informal Conversation
The session remains active for a minimum of 30 minutes, open for one-on-one questions, conversation with other participants, or extra time for your task if needed.
Sessions are held on Discord
You’ll need a free Discord account to join. When you register, we’ll send you an invite link to the Unfinished Business server. If you’ve never used Discord before, don’t let that stop you. It takes about two minutes to set up, and we can walk you through it. I use Discord because you do not need to download any apps or worry about randomly being booted from the session without warning. Discord does have a free app for desktop and mobile, but you can use the web version and still receive the same features as the app.

Unfinished Business is for small business owners in Phoenix and Tulsa, and anyone else who finds it and needs it. If you’ve been running your business for a year or running it for ten, if you’re a solopreneur or have a small team, the criteria is simple:
You have something you keep not doing. You’re ready to do it.

Is this really free?
Yes. No upsell at the end, no pitch, no paid tier. It’s a work session, not a webinar. As a solo entrepreneur myself, I understand how hard it is to find time to do THAT list, so I wanted to create a space that offers community and support to anyone who has a task they need to get done. It could be just not having the time, not knowing where to start, or feeling overwhelmed by the task. Whatever your reason, this is for you.
What should I bring?
Whatever you’ve been putting off. The more specific the task, the more you’ll get out of it. “Finish my about page” beats “work on marketing.”
Do I need Discord?
Yes. Virtual sessions are held on Discord. It’s free to use, and you don’t need any prior experience with it. Once you register, we’ll send you an invite link and can help you get set up if you run into anything.
How do I get into a session?
Sessions are small by design. Fill out the interest form, and we’ll confirm your spot before the next session.
What's the connection to Greymoor Interactive?
Unfinished Business is organized by CT, founder of Greymoor Interactive. It’s not a sales funnel. It’s a community effort. If you ever want to talk about your business and what it might need, that conversation is available, but it’s never the point of the session.
