Social Media Built Around a Strategy,
Not Just a Schedule.
Social media marketing and management for small businesses. Strategy, account setup, content planning, and ongoing management are built around what your audience actually responds to.
Posting consistently isn’t a social media strategy. Most businesses post to post. We build social presence around a defined purpose and a plan for what you want it actually to do. Knowing what to post, who you’re posting for, which platforms your audience actually uses, and what you want them to do next, that’s a strategy.
Most businesses approach social media the same way: start posting, try to stay consistent, burn out, go quiet, and start again. The content exists. The plan doesn’t. Social media works when it’s connected to something larger: a clear brand voice, a defined audience, and a goal beyond ‘more followers.’
I help businesses build social presence with a purpose: what you’re trying to communicate, who you’re trying to reach, which platforms are actually worth your time, and what success looks like six months from now.
What Social Media Marketing and
Management Actually Means Here
Social media at Greymoor Interactive is structured around what your business actually needs from account setup and strategy through to ongoing management. Not every business needs every piece. There’s a version of social media management that’s just filling a calendar. Post three times a week, use the right hashtags, and respond to comments. That’s activity. It’s not a strategy.
Social media is most effective when it’s intentional, when every post connects back to something you’re trying to build, whether that’s brand awareness, lead generation, community, or sales. At Greymoor, we start with what you want social media to do for your business and work backwards from there. The content, the platforms, the frequency, all of it follows the purpose.
What Social Media Includes
Social Media Strategy
An honest assessment of where you are, what’s working, and what your social presence should actually be doing. From there, I build a strategy platform selection, audience definition, content anchors, posting patterns, and measurable goals so execution has a purpose behind it instead of just a calendar to fill.
Setup & Optimization
New account creation or existing account cleanup profiles, bios, links, branding, and settings are configured to actually perform. The details that determine whether your profile looks legitimate and shows up in search don’t fix themselves. Doing it right from the start means not having to redo it later.
Content Planning & Strategy
A defined content plan built around your audience and your goals, platforms, themes, formats, voice, and frequency. Every piece of content has a reason behind it: what it’s doing for your brand, when it goes out, and why it belongs in the mix. Not a generic template with your logo dropped in.
Social Media Management
Content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement for clients who want the day-to-day handled. Monthly reporting on what’s working and what we’re adjusting so the strategy stays current instead of running on autopilot.
Social Media Consultation
For businesses that want to manage their own social presence but need a strategic foundation and direction. I build the strategy, you execute it — with a clear framework and ongoing access to guidance as questions come up.
Platform-Specific Strategy
Different platforms serve different purposes. Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube all have distinct audiences and content norms. I build strategies for the platforms where your audience actually is, not all of them.
Social media with a strategy behind it. Account setup, optimization, and ongoing management built around what your audience actually responds to, not just consistent posting.
This Is for You If Social Media Feels
Like a Chore With No Clear Return.
Social media work fits businesses at different stages. Some are starting from zero and want to build a presence correctly from the start. Others have been posting for years and can’t point to a single business outcome they can attribute to it. Both are valid starting points.
It makes the most sense if you don’t have the time, bandwidth, or expertise to do it well internally, or if you’ve been doing it and it isn’t working, and you want to know why.
It’s not the right fit if you want someone to post content you’ve already created without any strategy behind it. Execution without direction isn’t a service we offer.
How to Know if Social Media is Right for You?
- You have social media accounts, but they’ve been dormant for months because you don’t know what to post or when to post
- You’re posting consistently, but it’s not translating into followers, engagement, or business
- Your profiles were set up quickly and don’t reflect the current state of your brand
- You want to manage your own social media but need a strategy and content framework to work from
- You’re launching a new brand and want to start with a real social presence from day one
- You’re spending time on platforms your audience doesn’t actually use
How Social Media Engagement Works.
1. Questionnaire
Every engagement starts with a written questionnaire. It’s not busywork; it’s the information that lets me show up to our first conversation with something useful to say. It covers your business, your audience, your competition, and your vision. This is how I build context before we talk, so our first conversation is strategic, not introductory.
4. Strategy Development
We review your current presence, align on goals, and build the content approach that makes sense for your brand and your audience platform selection, audience personas, content anchors, voice guidelines, and realistic posting patterns. Written clearly enough that you can execute it yourself or hand it off without explaining everything twice.
2. Discovery Call
Once I’ve reviewed your questionnaire and website, we’ll schedule a video call or an in-person if we are local. We discuss your goals and needs, what is immediate and necessary to start, and what you like. What you don’t like, what can wait, as well as any wants or wish list items you want in the future. We discuss scope, timeline, and budget before anything begins.
5. Account Setup & Optimization
Accounts created if needed, profiles optimized for discoverability and brand consistency. Every field, every visual, every link set up with intent, not filled in to get past the setup screen.
7. Optional Ongoing Management & Reporting
Content is created, reviewed, and approved before it’s scheduled. You stay in the loop at whatever level makes sense, full approval on every post or a monthly check-in, depending on how involved you want to be. Monthly reporting covers what’s performing and what we’re adjusting, so the strategy evolves on data instead of assumptions.
3. Audit & Research
If you have existing accounts, I audit what’s there — what’s working, what isn’t, how your profiles compare to competitors, and where the gaps are. If you’re starting fresh, I will research your audience and identify the right platforms before we build anything. I will also review your competitors to see where we can make your accounts stand out and fill the gap.
6. Launch & Handoff
Either I manage ongoing execution (content creation, scheduling, reporting) or I hand off a clear framework for you to run yourself. The right choice depends on your capacity.
and budget.

REAL-WORLD CONTEXT
Wright Sports Performance needed a social media presence that would reach the specific audience a fastpitch pitching coach serves: athletes, parents, and the competitive softball community in the Phoenix metro. Platform selection matters here: the audience is on Instagram and Facebook, not LinkedIn. Greymoor built a social strategy and anchored it to where that community actually lives online.

The cost of Social Media
Social media management is priced as a monthly retainer based on platforms, posting frequency, and whether content creation is included. Standalone consultation and setup engagements are priced separately. Clear scope before any commitment. No long-term contracts
required to start.
Common questions about social media services at Greymoor Interactive.
Which social platforms do you work with?
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube are the platforms where most of Greymoor’s clients’ audiences actually are. If your business has a specific platform need that isn’t listed, ask about it. I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s in my wheelhouse.
Do you create the content or does my team?
Depends on the engagement. For full social media management clients, I handle content creation, graphics, captions, scheduling, and monitoring. For consultation clients, I build the strategy and framework, and your team creates the content within it. We scope this based on your capacity and budget during the strategy development session.
How do you measure social media success?
Not just follower count, that’s a vanity metric. I track engagement rate, reach, profile traffic, link clicks, and (where attributable) lead or conversion activity that originates from social. Monthly reports include what’s performing, what’s not, and what we’re adjusting.
Do I need a big following to see results from social media?
No. Engagement quality matters more than audience size, especially for service businesses. A small, highly engaged following of the right people is more valuable than a large one full of people who don’t buy. Growing correctly is more important than growing fast.
hat if I want to start with consultation and move to full management later?
That’s a completely reasonable path. Start with strategy and a consultation framework, build comfort with executing it, and scale to management when the timing and budget make sense. I work with clients at every point on that spectrum.
