What services do you offer?

Six core service areas: Brand Identity, Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Business Strategy. Within each of those, the specific work varies a lot depending on what you actually need. Brand Identity might mean a full brand system from scratch, or it might mean a single logo for a business that already has everything else figured out. How do I get started?

Fill out the questionnaire on the Contact page. It takes about five minutes and covers the basics - what your business does, what you're trying to accomplish, and roughly where you are in the process. Once I've reviewed it, I'll reach out to schedule a consultation. That call is where we talk through what I'd actually recommend and why.

What makes Greymoor Interactive different from other agencies?

Accepted Answer

Most agencies are either design-focused or strategy-focused. I'm both — and that's not a marketing line, it's the thing that took me years to fully own. I started in code, built my design skills formally, spent time inside a corporate marketing department, and then built an agency on top of all of it. You work directly with me from day one. There's no account manager between us, no work being handed off to someone you've never talked to. What I recommend is what I'll build.

What industries do you work with?

I've worked in e-commerce, fitness and sports performance, restaurants and food service, photography, home care and repair, non-profits, and healthcare-adjacent professional services. Those are the industries where I have real, specific experience — not just general marketing knowledge. I've also done work in other categories outside of those. If your industry isn't listed, ask anyway.

Can you help with social media?

Yes. Social media is one of the six service areas. I can help with account setup and optimization, consultation on strategy, and ongoing management. What I won't do is treat social media as a standalone tactic disconnected from your broader brand. If your social media isn't working, that's usually a symptom of something further upstream — unclear brand voice, weak visual identity, no defined audience. I look at the whole picture.

What does pricing look like?

There's no published price list because the work varies too much from one client to the next. What I can tell you is that every engagement starts with a clear written recommendation and a budget estimate — so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything begins. I offer flexible payment plans, and you'll never be charged for services that aren't actually serving your goals. Cost shouldn't be the reason a good business doesn't get the support it needs.

How long until I see results?

Depends on the work. Web design and branding have more immediate impact — you'll see the change the day the site goes live or the brand rolls out. SEO and digital marketing take longer. A realistic SEO timeline is three to six months before meaningful ranking movement, and that assumes the technical foundation is solid and the strategy is right. I'll always give you honest timelines, not the shortest answer that gets you to sign off

Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some clients come to me for a single defined project and move on — that's completely fine. Others become long-term partners where I'm handling ongoing SEO, social media management, site maintenance, or strategy updates. The relationship is whatever makes sense for your business. There's no pressure to lock into ongoing services if you're not ready for that.
