Old School Bagel Cafe was originally New York Bagel Cafe, so they returned to the original name when they needed to rebrand. They wanted to keep the branding colors and original logo shape to make the transition easier for their customers while incorporating elements from New York City and Tulsa. The Brooklyn Bridge is the focal point of the most recognized New York landmarks, with the Tulsa symbol between New York Bagel Cafe because they are a Tulsa landmark.
