Design that works as hard as your business does.
Graphic design services for small businesses. Logos, brand collateral, packaging, and digital assets that look intentional at every touchpoint.
Your brand exists at dozens of touchpoints: the business card someone slips in their pocket, the email template your team sends every day, the packaging someone opens for the first time. Every one of them is telling a story.
Graphic design is the visible layer of your brand. Done well, it makes your business look like it knows exactly who it is, consistent, professional, and intentional at every point of contact. Done poorly, it erodes trust even when everything else is solid. I started in graphic design, and it’s where this whole thing began.
I understand how to work within a brand system, how to build assets that scale, and how to make design decisions that hold up when you’re not there to explain them. Good design isn’t decoration. It’s communication. Here’s how we approach it.
What Graphic Design Actually Covers
Graphic design is one of those terms that means everything and nothing at the same time. At Greymoor, it means the full range of visual work that makes your business look intentional from the first logo a customer sees to the packaging they hold in their hands.
Every piece we create is built with your brand in mind. Not just aesthetically, but functionally. A business card that looks great on screen but falls apart at the printer isn’t finished work. A social media template that looks polished but doesn’t match your website creates confusion, not recognition. We think about where everything lives and build it accordingly.
What Graphic Design Includes
Logo Design (Logo & Brand Marks)
A primary logo, secondary variations, and all the alternate configurations a real brand needs, horizontal, stacked, icon-only, as well as usage guidelines. Built in vector format, for every application, print, digital, embroidery, and signage.
Brand Collateral
Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and stationery designed to hold up in the real world, not just on a screen. Designed to match your brand system and ready for professional printing.
Email & Content Templates
Branded email templates for newsletters and campaigns, plus social media templates your team can update without breaking the design. Even slide deck templates that look like your brand, not a default theme. Consistency without the design bottleneck.
Package Design
Structural and graphic design for product packaging, from concept through print-ready files. Product packaging that communicates value before the product is even opened. Label design, box design, and any physical packaging your product line requires.
Event & Promotional Materials
Posters, banners, signage, and event materials. Built to look right at scale because a design that works on a computer screen doesn’t always work at 4 feet wide. Also includes single and multi-page print pieces built for professional printing or in-house output.
Digital Graphics
Social media graphics, ad creatives, presentation decks, and any digital asset your brand needs to show up consistently across channels. Always designed to the required dimensions and platform
best practices.
Good design isn’t decoration. It’s communication. Here’s how we approach it.
This Is for You If Your Brand Looks Different
Depending on Where Someone Finds You
Graphic design engagements range from a single deliverable (a flyer for an event, a new business card design) to an ongoing relationship where I handle all visual production. The right scope depends on what your business needs right now and how much visual content you’re regularly producing.
The design work makes the most sense when you need professional-quality visuals that are consistent, functional, and built to last. Whether you’re launching a new business and need to start with the right foot forward, or you’ve been operating with cobbled-together visuals and it’s starting to show, this is where that gets fixed.
It’s also the right fit if you have an existing brand identity and just need execution. We can work within your established guidelines to produce new materials without rebuilding anything from scratch.
It’s not the right fit if you’re looking for the cheapest option available. The work takes time, requires real feedback, and produces something that represents your business every time a customer sees it. If that’s not the priority right now, there are other options we’d just rather tell you that upfront.
How to Know if Graphic Design is Right for You?
- Your logo was designed in Canva, and it shows, or you’re using multiple versions because there’s no single authoritative file
- Your print materials, email campaigns, and social posts all look like they came from different businesses
- You’re constantly recreating the same assets from scratch because there’s no template
- You’re launching a product and need packaging that communicates quality
- You have a live event, a trade show, or a campaign that needs materials that actually look professional
- Your team is doing their own design work because you don’t have a system, and the results are inconsistent
How a Graphis Design Engagement Works.
1. Questionnaire
Every engagement starts with a written questionnaire. It’s not busywork — it’s the information that lets me show up to our first conversation with something useful to say. It covers your business, your audience, your competition, and your vision. This is how I build context before we talk, so our first conversation is strategic, not introductory.
4. Concept Development
I develop initial design directions based on the brief. You review, give specific feedback, and we refine. The number of rounds depends on the scope, which is always defined upfront. Initial design concepts are based on your brand system (or, if you don’t have one, based on who you are and what you’re building toward). You’ll see the direction before we go deep on any single concept.
2. Discovery Call
Once I’ve reviewed your questionnaire, we’ll schedule a video call or an in-person if we are local. We will discuss your goals. We will go over what is immediate and necessary to start, what you like. don’t like, and what can wait, as well as any wants or wish list items you might see in the future. We’ll agree on scope, timeline, and budget before anything begins.
5. Refinement
Feedback rounds are built into the process. We refine until the design is right — not until a revision limit runs out. You will never feel like you have to settle for a design that is truly not the vision for your business. I want your designs to be timeless, and they fit cleanly within your brand system so they can actually be used repeatedly. Your designs say where you are going. Not where you are.
3. Brief & Context
Every project starts with a clear brief — what the deliverable is, where it’s going, who’s going to see it, and what it needs to communicate. We also align on scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget before any work starts. No surprises on either side. The more context you give me, the better the first round of design will be.
6. Design Delivery
Final files in every format you need, print-ready and digital, organized, labeled, and ready to use. No hunting through a folder full of unnamed exports. Files are delivered in every format you need for the specific application, print-ready PDFs for collateral, appropriately sized PNGs and JPGs for digital, and editable source files where relevant.

REAL-WORLD CONTEXT
The fundraiser flyers I designed for a friend fighting cancer, not knowing those skills would eventually become a business, were the first graphic design work I ever did. What started there became logos for local Arizona businesses, a brand identity for a Tulsa restaurant that’s still in use years later, and packaging design for e-commerce brands. Graphic design is where this started. It’s still where a lot of the most satisfying work happens.

The cost of Graphic Design
Graphic design pricing depends on scope, complexity, and turnaround. A single business card design is a different project from a complete collateral suite. I don’t post rates because a number without context is more misleading than helpful.
What I will do: give you a clear estimate before any work begins, scoped to exactly what you need. Flexible payment plans are available for
larger projects.
Common questions about graphic design services at Greymoor Interactive.
Do I need a full brand identity before you can do graphic design work?
No, but it helps. If you have a clear brand system (defined logo, palette, typography), I can work within it and produce assets that are consistent. If you don’t, I’ll design in a direction that makes sense for who you are — and we may identify that a more formal brand identity is a logical next step.
Can you design something for print that I'll send to a printer myself?
Yes. I’ll deliver print-ready files in the correct format for your printer, CMYK color mode, proper bleed and trim marks, and correct resolution. If you’re unsure what your printer requires, I can help you find out before the file is finalized.
Do you offer ongoing design retainers?
For clients who need regular graphic design work, social media graphics, email templates, campaign assets, an ongoing arrangement is often more efficient than project-by-project scoping. If that’s what you need, we can structure it accordingly.
What if I need something designed that I don't see listed here?
Ask. The list above covers common requests, but it’s not exhaustive. If you need something designed, fill out the contact form and describe it. I’ll tell you whether it’s something I handle directly or whether I’d point you somewhere else.
Ready to make your business look like it means business?
Fill out the questionnaire and tell me about
your business. I’ll review it and reach out to
schedule a conversation about whether a brand identity
engagement is the right next step
and what that would actually look like for you.
Let's Find Out If We're a Fit.
Not a sales form. Just the questions that help me show up to our first conversation with something useful to say.
First, tell me a little about you.
What are you looking for help with?
Select everything that applies. If you're unsure, that's a valid answer too.
Tell me about the project.
Last two questions.
That's everything I need to get started.
I'll review your answers and reach out within 1–2 business days via . No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation about what you're building.
