Digital Marketing Built on Strategy, Not Just Tactics. We don’t run tactics without a reason behind them.

Digital marketing services for small businesses in Phoenix and Tulsa.
SEO, paid search, email marketing, and a strategy that connects every tactic to a real goal.

Running ads without a strategy is expensive. Doing SEO without a foundation is slow. Digital marketing works when the pieces connect and when every tactic has a clear reason behind it.

Digital marketing is the category where the most money gets wasted, usually because someone sold a tactic (“you need to run Facebook ads”, “you need to do email marketing”) without first asking whether that tactic makes sense for the specific business, audience, and goal.

I start with strategy. That means understanding where your audience actually is, what they’re searching for, what’s already working in your market, and what your business can realistically execute. Then we build the tactic stack from there. Not the other way around.

What Digital Marketing Actually Means Here

Digital marketing means different things depending on who you ask. At Greymoor, it means SEO and SEM, email and SMS, social media advertising, Google marketing tools, and the strategy that makes
all of it coherent.

Every channel, every tactic has to have a clear reason for being in the plan. Not because it’s trending. Because it makes sense for your business, your audience, and your goals. If we can’t explain why something belongs, it doesn’t go in.

What Digital Marketing Includes

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

On-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and schema markup are built around the searches that actually matter to your business. The goal is straightforward: show up when the right people are actively looking for what you offer.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Paid search strategy and campaign management, Google Ads setup, targeting, ad copy, bidding, and landing page alignment, all handled together. Built to convert, not just to get clicks. Refined continuously based on what the data says.

Email & SMS Marketing

Email and SMS campaigns built around relevance, not volume. List building, automation sequences, copywriting, design, and deployment, all of it tracked so you know what’s landing. Email people actually open because it’s worth opening, not because they forgot they signed up.

Google Marketing Tools

Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile set up, connected, and actually monitored. Most businesses have some version of this in place. Fewer have it configured well enough to tell them anything useful.

Marketing Strategy

A documented strategy that ties every channel together, audience definition, competitive positioning, channel selection, budget allocation, messaging, KPIs, and a sequenced timeline. The document that makes every individual tactic make sense as part of something larger.

Performance Reporting

Clear, readable reports that show what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it. Not vanity metrics. The numbers that actually reflect business outcomes.

Paid Social Advertising

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns built around specific objectives, such as awareness, lead generation, or direct conversion.

Digital marketing done right starts with strategy.
Everything else, the ads, the emails, the SEO, follows from that.

This Is for You If Your Digital Marketing
Isn’t Producing Clear Results.

Digital marketing at Greymoor makes the most sense for businesses that are serious about growth and willing to start with the right foundation instead of jumping straight to tactics. That doesn’t require a big budget. It requires the right approach.

It’s not the right fit if you want someone to execute a list of tactics you’ve already decided on without any discussion of whether they make sense. We’ll always tell you if we think something won’t work, and we won’t recommend something just because it’s popular.

How to Know if Digital Marketing is Right for You?

  • You’re spending money on ads, but you can’t tell whether they’re actually generating business
  • Your website isn’t showing up in Google for anything relevant to what you do
  • You’ve tried email marketing, but it feels disconnected from everything else
  • You’ve been told you need a digital marketing strategy, but no one has actually built one for you
  • You have a Google Business Profile, but it was set up once and never optimized
  • You’re ready to grow and want to know which channels to prioritize and in what order

How Digital Marketing Engagement Works.

1. Questionnaire

Every engagement starts with a written questionnaire. It’s not busywork; it’s the information that lets me show up to our first conversation with something useful to say. It covers your business, your audience, your competition, and your vision. This is how I build context before we talk, so our first conversation is strategic, not introductory.

4. Strategy Development

A written marketing strategy: channels, messaging, budget allocation, KPIs, and a sequenced timeline. Something you can hand to anyone on your team and have them understand the direction. A written marketing strategy tailored to your business: audience definition, channel prioritization, messaging framework, and measurable goals. This is the document we work from, not a generic plan dropped on your desk.

2. Discovery Call

Once I’ve reviewed your questionnaire and website, we’ll schedule a video call or an in-person if we are local. We discuss your goals and needs, what is immediate and necessary to start, and what you like. What you don’t like,  what can wait, as well as any wants or wish list items you want in the future. We discuss scope, timeline, and budget before anything begins.

5. Implementation

SEO optimization, campaign setup, email infrastructure, Google tool configuration built systematically based on the strategy, with the highest-impact work done first. Implementation of the strategy with monthly reporting on performance against the KPIs we defined. A strategy that adjusts based on data,
not assumptions.

3. Audit & Research

Before recommending anything, I look at what you already have: site performance, existing campaigns, Search Console data, competitive landscape, and keyword opportunity. What’s working, what isn’t, and where the real gaps are. That becomes the baseline for everything
that follows.

6. Monitoring & Reporting

Digital marketing isn’t set-and-forget. I monitor performance, identify what’s moving and what’s stalling, and make adjustments based on real data. Ongoing engagements include regular reporting and strategy check-ins.

REAL-WORLD CONTEXT

Candid Sol Wedding Photography was getting found online, just not by the right people in the right geography. Greymoor Interactive developed an SEO strategy focused on ranking for high-intent wedding photography searches in Tucson and across Arizona, built on a site structure that could actually support those rankings. SEO for service businesses is about being in the right place when someone is actively looking, not just being present.

Strategy first. Let’s figure out what your
digital marketing should actually be doing.

Digital marketing engagements are scoped based on channels, scope of work, and whether ad spend management is included. Strategy-only engagements are priced separately from ongoing execution. Clear estimate before any work begins. Ad spend is billed separately and belongs to you — we don’t mark up media spend.

Common questions about Digital Marketing services at Greymoor Interactive.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Honest answer: three to six months before meaningful ranking movement in most markets, assuming a solid technical foundation and a consistent content and optimization strategy. Some markets move faster; highly competitive markets take longer. I’ll always give you realistic expectations based on your specific situation, not the timeline that gets you to sign off fastest.

Do you run paid ads?

Yes, SEM is part of the digital marketing service area. I build and manage Google Ads campaigns as part of an integrated strategy. What I won’t do is run ads in isolation from the broader strategy. Paid traffic sent to a weak site or a misaligned offer is just expensive.

Do you offer one-time SEO work or only ongoing engagements?

Both. Some clients need a one-time SEO audit and implementation of a technical cleanup, keyword mapping, meta optimization, and schema markup. Others need ongoing optimization and content work. I’ll recommend what actually makes sense for your situation.

What's the difference between digital marketing and social media marketing?

Social media is one channel within digital marketing that is important for some businesses, less so for others, depending on where their audience actually is. Digital marketing as a full-service area includes SEO, paid search, email, content, and the strategy that ties it all together. Social media is scoped separately as its own service when that’s what a business specifically needs.

Will you tell me if a channel isn't right for my business?

Yes. If paid search isn’t appropriate for your business model right now, I’ll tell you that instead of building a campaign. If your audience doesn’t respond to email, we won’t prioritize email. The strategy comes first, and honesty is part of the strategy.
